North Country is reporting Good Spring Riding conditions and great riding in higher elevations. Mud season is arriving in southern areas and Rail trail gates are closing this week. (See list below) STAY OFF LAKES AND PONDS! Ice conditions are hazardous and changing daily on many larger lakes and ponds, especially around inlets and outlets. Trail report will be ending next week.
Pittsburgh -Corr 20 to VT is closed. South of Back Lake is poor, a lot of dirt. Leaving Back Lake via 141 Take Firt Lake via 139 through Ramble Wood. Club Recommends trailer north to Great Spring riding and tons of snow. Still grooming higher elevations.
Colebrook - Corr 18 Closed from Jct of 7A and 21 (1 mile from town) Still grooming and good riding in higher elevations.
Stratford - Not grooming, spring conditons, marginal riding.
Groveton/Nash Stream Grooming has stopped. Riding is marginal to good.
Groveton Village -Not Grooming, riding is marginal.
Diamond Pond/Coleman State Park - Trails are groomed and riding is good to great..
Errol - Trails are groomed. Riding is marginal to good. Caution - Primary 115 (Charles Trail) is closed from Jct of Corr 18 to the Jct of the 13 Mile Trail, due to logging, Use Primary 110 to Corr 18 to get into the town of Errol.
Cambridge - Trails are groomed. Riding is moderate to good.
Milan -. Trails are groomed and riding is marginal to good.
Twin Mountain- Spring like conditions, thin and bare spots. In-town trails have little to no snow but you can trailer to Zealand & Fabyan's and head north. Grooming has stopped due to warm weather. Riding is fair to good. Caution - Rails exposed.
Berlin - Trails are groomed and riding is marginal to good. Corr 19 North of Milan not groomed.
Berlin/Success - Trails are groomed and riding is moderate to good.
Gorham - Trails are groomed and riding is moderate.Corr 19 South of Gorham not groomed.
Jefferson - 50% open Trails are groomed except for Corr 5 in Jefferson (closed). and riding is moderate to good.
Lancaster - Trails are closed for the season.
Franconia Notch -Trails are Not groomed. Riding is marginal to moderate.
Bear Notch/Bartlett - Grooming when temps allow . Riding is moderate. Use caution. Watch for mushers and cross country skiers.
Other areas may have local riding only. Check individual web sites for details.

Pawtuckaway State Park - Closed
Pillsbury State Park - Open Spring like conditions low and moderate riding in high elavations.
Pisgah- Open Spring like conditions low and moderate riding in higher elavations. Open water bars.
Rail Trails Gates are closing this week.
